This one is long, but it’s also very very good. You’ve probably seen it before, but it’s worth seeing again.

I needed to see this again. My life has been so chaotic since my mother died in March. Keeping a sane schedule – that included bookings and my usual family commitments is hard enough. Then add to that additional commitments with estate issues, family drama, and the like, and you’ll see how quickly life (or in this case, death) can get in the way.

In your party plan business, if you REALLY want to work it like a business, time management is CRUCIAL.
